The objective of an In The Round Residency is to identify highly-motivated, self-starting individuals showing great potential in media production, but in need of experience. The residency is designed to be a short-term, high-intensity program that emphasizes gaining real-world experience in all facets of In The Round’s business, combined with self-directed studies to further training and development.
Upon successful completion of the residency, a full review will be made of the resident’s development and skills. Based on that review, In The Round will in good faith make an employment offer reflecting the ability of the resident and the current opportunities at the company. By participating in the residency, the resident makes a good faith commitment to work for In The Round for a minimum of two years after the residency.
